Brief History
Vecht Industrial Machines was founded in the Netherlands in 1982 by Kees van de Vecht, who began designing and constructing
stainless steel crate cleaning solutions used predominantly for transporting meats, fishes, flowers and vegetables industries
during the proccessing proceedure. The increasing hygiene requirement and necessity for special cleansing installations such
as crate and pallet washers led to the continuous growth of Vecht Industrial Machines mainly in the foodsector, the company
eventually finding its roots in the heart of Holland in Nijkerkerveen near Amersfoort.

Quality tops
Constructed using stainless steel all Vecht washers are very heavy duty and built to withstand and to last all the
rigours of the typical treatment given to crates and pallets. Our attention to detail can never go far enough when
it comes to the safety of the operator and others in the vicinity of the washer therefore the washers and machines
we construct all have the necessary safety features which should be found on a quality approved machines.
Economy matters
Vecht Industrial Machines has invested in and developed its own unique water recycling system which in its basics can be
found in nearly all Vecht washing machines, the system is as follows, the pre-rinse loosens any fats or dirt, a high pressure
main wash including desinfectant dispensing removes all unwanted particles then sanitises the product, the final rinse section
ensures the product is cleaned ready for use.
Using either steam or hot water supplied from your building, the final rinse water falls through rotating achemedes sieve into
a reservoir tank below, the pre wash and main wash water is taken from this reservoir.
The hot final rinse water thus maintains the correct pre and main wash temperature.
Waste controlled
Each model of Vecht washing machines contains its own waste control system, as each customer has their seperate requirements in
removal of foul from their container or product so is created an individual need for sieving the foul from the water which is
in the recycling proccess. Vecht Industrial Machines has developed for each washer a unique effective sieve system to allow
contiuous use of the water as described above.
Getting the job done
A nozzle system within each washer means that effective positions can be found to remove every fat or dirt problem
with or on a container or product.
